Selection

Cultivars are chosen on aroma and structure before anything else. If a lot does not read clearly in the jar, it does not carry the monogram.

Slow, humidity-controlled and unhurried. The cure is where flavor is either preserved or lost, and it is never shortened for a release date.

Hand-trimmed, sorted by size and packed in opaque glass to protect terpene integrity from light and heat.

Availability

Current cultivars rotate by harvest. Each release is published with its full batch documentation.
